when you visit or make a purchase from our U.S. website (the “Site”), operated via Shopify. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

• IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS type, time zone
• Site interactions (pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, referring/exit pages, timestamps)
• Cookies, tags, and pixels for core functionality, analytics, and ads
• Approximate location (derived from IP)
We do not use session replay or keystroke recording tools.

and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Opt-out preference signals: We honor applicable opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) where required by law.
If your browser sends such a signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising (“sharing”) for that browser.
6. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to:
• Service providers (e.g., Shopify, Shopify Payments, shipping carriers such as FedEx, analytics, email and marketing partners) acting on our instructions
• Affiliates within the Eunha & Co Inc. group for operations and support
• Business partners for optional co-branded promotions
• Law enforcement/government or to protect rights, safety, and property
• Parties to corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, or asset sale)
• Third parties in aggregated/de-identified form that does not identify you
All third parties must implement appropriate safeguards and use the data only as instructed.
7. Sensitive Information
We do not collect government-issued IDs. Account login and password are treated as sensitive. We do not collect SMS/message content.
Sensitive information is used only for permitted security/authentication purposes; therefore, California’s “Right to Limit” does not apply.
8. Payments and Third-Party Tools
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store complete card numbers; we receive tokens and limited transaction metadata.
You may also use third-party wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) subject to their privacy policies.
We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain your account, or comply with law. Typical periods:
• Customer account data: retained while the account is active; deleted on verified request
• Order and payment data: retained for 7 years for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance
After retention periods, we delete or de-identify data.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. Users ages 13–16 may browse as guests only (no account creation or marketing participation).
If you believe a child provided information to us, contact contact@eunhaco.com for removal.
11. Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Subject to your state of residence, you may have the right to:
• Access/Know the personal information we hold about you
• Correct or delete personal information
• Obtain a portable copy (data portability)
• Opt out of targeted advertising (sharing) and profiling
• Appeal our decision
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (one 45-day extension where permitted).
Authorized agent requests are accepted via email.
Appeals: if you disagree with our response, reply to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line.
12. U.S. State Privacy Notice (Notice at Collection)
We collect the following categories for business purposes (service delivery, security, debugging, short-term transient use, internal research, quality/safety)
and commercial purposes (marketing/advertising and personalization). We do not sell personal information, including that of consumers under 16.
13. International Data Transfers
We process and store data within Shopify and share data between our U.S. operations and Korean headquarters via Google Cloud.
Different countries may have different data protection laws, but we apply reasonable safeguards during transfer and processing.
By using the Site, you consent to these transfers. (For EEA/UK visitors, our processors may use Standard Contractual Clauses.)
14. Financial Incentives
From time to time, we may offer promotions or rewards (e.g., personalized coupons) that involve the collection and use of personal information.
Participation is optional and requires your opt-in consent; you may withdraw at any time by emailing contact@eunhaco.com.
We reasonably estimate the value of such incentives based on the cost of the offer and the anticipated value of the data used to provide relevant discounts and communications.
15. California “Shine the Light” Disclosure
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits residents to request information regarding personal information disclosed for third-party direct marketing.
We do not sell personal information; limited disclosures may occur to enable shipping, payments, or interest-based advertising.

16. Nevada Privacy Rights
We do not sell personal information. Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request to contact@eunhaco.com. We will confirm within 60 days of receipt.
17. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure servers).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
18. Managing Your Information & Communications
• Account: update or request deletion via email (contact@eunhaco.com)
• Marketing emails: click “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email (allow up to 10 business days)
• SMS (if offered): reply “STOP” to opt out; carrier delays may occur
• Push notifications (if offered): disable in your device or browser settings
• User-generated content: request removal via contact@eunhaco.com (complete removal may not always be possible due to reposts/caching)
We may retain limited information to comply with law or prevent fraud. Transactional/operational emails may continue after you opt out of marketing
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.
If changes materially affect your privacy rights, we will post a prominent notice on eunhaco.com.
