Refund policy

At eunha, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of skincare products, items that have been opened or used cannot be resold. This policy applies only to orders placed within the United States.

1. Eligibility Period for Exchange or Refund

Requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

 

2. Change of Mind

- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange or refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3. Defective Product or Wrong Item Received

Free exchange or refund will be provided at the brand’s expense.
- Defective product: Eligible if at least 80% of the contents remain.
(We may request photos or videos for verification.)
- Wrong item received: Must be unopened to qualify for exchange or refund.
(If a wrong item has been opened, the case will be handled under the “change of mind” policy and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.)

- For defective or wrong item cases, please attach photos or videos showing the product box, product condition, and any visible issues.

 

5. Returns & Processing

- Once your request is approved, please follow the return instructions provided by our team.
   ㄴ Change of mind: Return shipping at customer’s expense.
   ㄴ Defective or wrong item: Returned using the method designated by the brand (free return).
