1. Scope
- eunha ships within the United States only (all 50 states and U.S. territories).
- No international shipping is offered at this time.
2. Carrier & Methods
- All orders are shipped via cheapest carrier our standard delivery method.
- Expedited shipping options may become available in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
- Free Ground Shipping on orders $45 or more (subtotal, excluding taxes).
- Orders under $45 ship at a variable rate based on weight and dimensional size; the average shipping cost ranges from $6 to $10.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Additional fees may apply.
- U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands): Shipping is available, and surcharges may apply depending on destination and parcel characteristics.
4. Order Processing & Transit Times
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday; U.S. federal holidays excluded).
- Transit Time: Typically 5–7 business days from the shipment date; actual delivery times vary by destination and carrier volume.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking & Order Status
- Tracking Number: Sent by email automatically once your order ships (feature coming soon).
- Account Status Page: Order status and tracking will be viewable when signed in (feature coming soon).
- After the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is in FedEx custody.
- For tracking, delivery, or delay issues, please contact FedEx Customer Support. We are happy to assist with coordination as needed.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes / APO / FPO: Not supported by FedEx Ground—please provide a valid street address.
- U.S. Territories: Shippable with possible surcharges (3).
- We do not ship to international addresses.
7. Business Days & Holidays
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
8. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
- During sale periods, inventory constraints, severe weather, or carrier network disruptions, processing and transit times may be extended.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material delays and to ship orders as quickly as possible.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Report within 14 days of delivery to contact@eunhaco.com
- Include: Order number, full name, contact information, request type (exchange or refund), reason for the request;
- attach photos/videos of the outer box, product condition, and the specific issue.
- Resolution:
ㄴ Defective: If at least 80% of contents remain and the defect is verified, we will provide a free replacement or refund.
ㄴ Wrong Item Received: Must be unopened for a free exchange/refund. If opened, it will be handled under the change-of-mind policy and is not eligible.
ㄴ Carrier-Related Loss/Damage: We will coordinate with FedEx for an investigation.
ㄴ If FedEx confirms loss or damage in transit, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
- Returns & Processing:
ㄴ Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping.
ㄴ Defective / Wrong Item: Return via a brand-designated method (no cost to the customer).

ㄴ Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
ㄴ If items do not meet policy criteria, the return may be declined and the product returned to you.
